Bogdanovka, Ukraine

From December 1941 to January 1942, 54,600 Jews from Odessa, Mykolaev and Transnistria, Ukraine were forcibly marched by the Nazi army to Bogdanovka, Ukraine where they were ultimately shot to death and burned.  God rest their souls.  Only 127 survivors remained from this massacre.  With the help of the principle of the local school of Bogdanovka and other leaders, we planted 127 trees at the site of the massacre to commeorate each of the survivors and their families.
